250,000 families. Eight years of fixing kids' sleep.
I founded Glow Dreaming as a baby sleep product. Most kids don't need a product to fix their sleep - they need a routine and a parent who can hold the line. The product gave parents the structure to do that.
Eight years and 250,000 customers later, we sold it to private equity. Along the way I built ICRA - an app that profiled a baby's personality and built a routine around it. Tech applied to a daily problem. Less guesswork. Less midnight crying. Less burned-out parents.
Chapter 2 · The gap I kept hitting
After eight years of fixing other people's sleep, I needed someone to fix mine.
Coffee for fuel. Magnesium that did nothing. Melatonin that left me foggy until 11am. The same gut-skips-it problem most adults run into when they actually try to use the supplement aisle.
I'd already learned, watching 250,000 customers go through their own version of this with their kids, that the delivery method is the whole game. A patch is a reservoir. We sized it for the dose, not for the marketing.
Chapter 3 · Endorfix
Three patches. Three problems. Built by someone who's lived all three.
I founded Endorfix in January 2024. As of today, more than 110,000 customers across the US, Canada, EU, Mexico and Italy have made one of our patches part of their day. The line is small on purpose - Energy, Appetite, Sleep - and the patches are bigger than they need to be on purpose.
The world is hard enough. If a small thing - a patch the size of a quarter - can take one piece of the load off your day, it deserves to be made.
We sized our patches for the dose - not the marketing.
Most wellness patches in market are 2x2 cm. The active list reads impressive on the label and the dose-per-patch reads at trace levels. We're not in that game.
Appetite & Sleep
5×5 cm · 2×2 in · 25 cm² surface. Built for 12-hour release with a serious dose load.
